Our Black Welsh Mountain lamb comes from pure bred ewes which lamb later in the spring. Reared on clover rich pasture, the lamb is tender and full of flavour. Available as joints, chops, stewing, half or whole lamb. Also lamb & mint  or rosemary & courgette sausages
